What is the Fan-Attic's Return Policy?
All returns must be made within 14 days of item receipt to be accepted. Please call 610-898-7825 to obtain further return instructions. Once you have called us, please return the package to us within 14 days. Special note for clothing and jerseys: We accept returns as long as clothing, jerseys, etc. have ALL original tags and packaging, and haven't been washed, worn, used, or otherwise damaged. If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact the Royals Fan-Attic within 14 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the damaged/incorrect merchandise. Once the damaged or incorrect item(s) is received, the correct replacement item(s) will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge. Please note: We will only be able to reimburse return shipping costs in the event the customer requests an exact replacement of their damaged piece. If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact the Royals Fan-Attic within 14 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the unwanted item. You must then ship the item (in new condition, in original packaging) back to the Royals at your expense. Once the merchandise is received we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item (less original shipping charges).
