The following is some pertinent information that interested parties should know before inquiring about a possible Slapshot appearance.
Cost:
Slapshot is scheduled at the following rates:
$100 for 2 hours
$200 for 2+ hours
Considerations:
Non Profit = $25 per hour
Community Events = $50 per hour
Sponsors = no charge (a maximum of two hours)
* Additional travel fees will be required if the driving time is more than 30 minutes.
* There is a one hour minimum for Slapshot to appear at your event.
* A private changing room is required.
* Holders of the event must supply water for Slapshot.
* Slapshot will require several breaks during the event.
* Detailed driving directions are required.
Interested parties will need to submit a formal letter to the Reading Royals at least three (3) weeks prior to the event, which provides all necessary and specific information pertaining to the event. Required information includes:
Submitting a formal letter does not guarantee that the appearance request will be fulfilled.
