Donation Request Policies
The Reading Royals take an active role in fulfilling donation requests from charity organizations throughout Pennsylvania. Recently, a new donation policy has been implemented that allows each organization the opportunity to collect both a financial donation and an autographed item to be used for a prize/raffle item.
In order to participate in the donation program, the organization must set up a group night with the Reading Royals. In return, the Royals will donate $3 for each individual ticket sold. In addition, the prize/raffle item donated will depend on how many tickets are sold for that particular organization.
25 tickets = player autographed puck
50 tickets = team autographed poster or program
75 tickets = game worn sock or glove
100 + tickets = team autographed game worn helmet or team autographed stick

All requests must be submitted on organization, association, company or school letterhead at least 30 days prior to the event. font>
Please include the 501(c)(3) tax ID number.
Please include date, time, purpose and location of event. Include a return address.
Request must include a contact name and phone number.
Please include how the item will be used (door raffle, silent auction, etc. )
Requests that do not include all of the information will not be fulfilled.
